1. He unsuccessfully sued the Federal Government alleging that the Affordable Care Act was unconstitutional. The Fourth Circuit ruled he had no standing to make the challenge.
2. He says that opponents of Affordable Care Act provision of contraception should be willing to "go to jail".
3. He unsuccessfully challenged an EPA finding that greenhouse gases are dangerous.
4. He successfully bullied the State Board of Health into passing backdoor abortion ban regulations.
5. He advised state universities to stop protecting gay and lesbian students and staff from discrimination .
6. He attacked the University of Virginia over his anti-climate change agenda. The Virginia Supreme Court ruled that he had no legal authority to demand the records.
7. He stated in a court filing that gay marriage will lead to polygamy.
8. He allowed his Assistant AG to advise energy company lawyers involved in a legal battle with Southwest Virginia landowners, to the detriment of the landowners and in favor of the energy company, which is a major contributor.
9. He fought disclosure of the emails that led to the discovery of his role in the gas scandal.
10. He took Johnny Williams' money and gifts and contributions and initally refused to return them, pleading poverty. (He later changed his mind).
